Till now , it’s been over a month and there was no clarification!! Nobody contacted me at all! What a company !!!!! If you can’t let the passengers board while drinking ( and not drunk) board, you should notice that in advance!!!!!!

It’s not my own problem , please check with your staff , i have a video of them when they took me on the shuttle bus after denying me ! Im so kind that im never asking for anh compensation till now , your staff was so bad with me !

Ive lost about almost 1000 usd or so! And wasting time due some saudi arabia staff!
Still no redund untill now due to some fake reasons, i did even ask for sole evidence about any problem but nobody responded
