When an entire nation including its leaders get hooked on substance, it turns to this sad state. The issue is when they’re asked why is Yemen the way it is, it’s Saudi’s fault.
It’s you, who chose short term pleasure over long term development, for others to easily manipulate.
Today marks Nakba Day, an annual day of remembrance to commemorate the expulsion of more than 700,000 Palestinians between 1947 and 1949 during the creation of the State of Israel and the year that followed.
Inea is a New Yorker and a Nakba survivor. She shared her story with us — one of home, tradition and memory over generations.
@EYakoby America was bold enough to give its people freedom. Yes we get to have culture, national uniform, a flag everyone loves, but no freedom beyond what the state deems acceptable.
This is by design. Since the borders were drawn back in WW1, Oil was already a major asset. It couldn’t be left to the Middle Easterners now can’t it?
Hence, the scheming began.
Imagine just 8 countries in the middle east control not just access to the trade routes of the world but they control and own the energy of the world. Instead of creating a united block to rule the world they fight among themselves and have become slaves to America.
@sneako Believe it or not, due to Iran meddling in Arab countries since the nineties, Hamas Hezbollah Houthis, ordinary middle eastern Muslims feel resentment towards the regime.
After Iraq fell, Iran has been a bully to the Arab states, by simply dividing countries and arming militias
JUST IN: 🇮🇷🇺🇸 Iranian Foreign Minister says there are no talks with the United States, claims President Trump's statements are an attempt to lower energy prices and buy time for military plans.
@NickJFuentes@martyrmade They are united, at least the leadership/financiers are, the rest of the world is definitely not. They’ve been at the game as long as history can remember, it’s literally them against the world now.
Issue is, Jewish and Muslim people are both waiting for the messiah. They also share the notion that the messiah is a righteous man, not a deity.
The idea that Jesus is God is exclusive to Christians.
His logic is Muslims never and will not accept Isa/Jesus pbuh as a god, therefore, not the same team. Jews didn’t as well, but one day, they will, once he comes back as the “messiah”.
It makes sense.
@RealCandaceO You actually are the first person to come close to understanding the question.
Let us rephrase the question: Is the 1948 declaration legitimate? I genuinely want to know your view.
@mehdirhasan is the 1948 state of Israel declaration legitimate? That’s where “right to exist” comes from. It used to be a big NO from the Arab world, but western media made it as a bad as questioning the holocaust.
It basically lost its meaning after so many regurgitation.
@cenkuygur Although the counter argument can be “But American did it”, the question is basically asking if 1948 declaration legitimate, considering it being on a “stolen land”.
knowing that, does it have the “right to exist”?
Stems from whether establishment of the state was legitimate or otherwise.
Should be “does it have a right to CONTINUE existing after 1948 declaration” Because that’s what the question is seeking to know. But it doesn’t sound as right as the first phrasing
