@DiligentDenizen @RedPilled_Siren @RealCandaceO @BEmpress1984 Who's the person who Shawn interviewed who spoke about polygraphs? Because I reckon it might not be Leah he was referring to on DOCeo, but someone else and Leah assumed erroneously he was talking about her interview

Just a thought

@zmkc My family is Welsh for hundreds of years. My Aunt's sister did a DNA test. We came from Yorkshire, way, way back. We didn't know, because we're white. Had we been black or brown skinned, we would have known. Black and brown people can choose to Be Welsh, when done with integrity

@I_Am_JohnCullen Love your work but

1. You admit on Dark Horse you have no answers

2. You want COs reach to put your hypothesis out there

3. It would take months of her time and would mean sacrificing her own work and she's about to have a baby

Give her some grace

@JohnMappin Camelot! 💚

Consciousness invites us to understand about ourselves, an act which serves us personally and also serves others as we all have work to do to harmonise our own being

Don't most of us cry out for harmony? Do you think the penny will drop about the cosmic joke?

[Jools Williams @Ancientmoon88]

It is true that what or who we align with tells people a lot about who we are, yet first we have to know who we are, don't we?

Would you recommend anything to someone without first diving in to check their scruples and values? 💚

In transformation work, many reveals delight the senses, yet it takes embodiment to reach farther and touch the soul. To prove means to show 'good', and if at first things seem too good to be true, they generally are not true until tested 💚

If you have a dream that is imagery only, in your mind's eye, colour it in, make space between each thing to give it definition, point to each defined thing and give it a name or label, study it and watch it grow 🪴 💚

Personal order created by our actions develops inner peace. I speak this to those in power who are so terrified they only see problems and deficits in others to be fixed, rather than looking within to see their own

We all have work to do 💚

It is easy to pretend to be the cream rising to the top if painted white whilst hiding a dark agenda

This is a gentle reminder to look underneath the hype and promises and glamour and paint of everything, including YOURSELF 💚

Don't give away your own power that you might not sense lies within yourself just now.

It will still be there when you decide to go looking for it 💚

The part of yourself that is the gatekeeper to your soul, which does not worry about the turning of the world or the weather or your bank balance, is the part of you that sits in silent meditation 💚

[Jools Williams @Ancientmoon88]

Expressing wellness for others comes back to you like a boomerang and you will have understood the natural action of reciprocity 💚

At the end of each stage of growth, all experiences, including triumph and tears that matter, let all of them go

And this is the paradox: in this world of duality you finally remember you are one, you are everything 💚

Storms in life happen, and will happen again: on the symbolic level, building a boat to navigate ‘troubled waters’ will serve you now and next time 💚

[Jools Williams @Ancientmoon88]

Equanimity can be elusive as life gets in the way, and wise self-compassion comes in to clear confusion

In not caring about being criticised for upholding your values, you strengthen your right to determine your path 💚

It's been quite the journey to reconcile my parts, a task which in itself caused pushback from those who benefitted from my silence

No more. I'm done with being part of the problem 💚
