When you say NO to something it means that you are saying YES to something else…. It’s all about priorities. What will you choose to be important for you today?
@AlexHormozi Finding that out the hard way lately lol, treated yesterday just like any other work day and it was nice… office was also really quiet and made it easy to focus.
You can’t fit in and also be exceptional.
Both have discomfort.
When you fit in, you have internal conflict because you’re not being 100% you.
When you’re exceptional, you have external conflict because everyone sees you as different.
Pick.
If you treat your spouse like youre still dating, youll stay married.
If you treat your customers like prospects, they’ll keep coming back.
If you treat your employees like recruiting candidates, theyll keep working for you.
You lose people the moment you act like you cant.
People work.
Sacrifice.
Then get rich.
Then get time.
Then fill their time with weird routines.
Then forget how they got rich in the 1st place.
Then tell others the weird routines made them rich…rather than what they did.
Which is whatever it took.
Not a 3hr morning routine.
The ‘hard’ part of entrepreneurship isnt a rocky cut scene.
It’s years of…
Not knowing if it’s gonna work.
Being in over your head.
Having your idea almost die everyday.
Trying. Waiting. Seeing it not work. Learning. Trying again.
That’s what the ‘hard’ feels like.
You don’t need to be super disciplined to win.
You just need to have enough to you get over the hump of sucking.
Then being good is enough that you don’t need discipline to keep going.
Suck for now > Suck forever
