Andi Stone (Andilippi)

I build OBS plugins and streaming tech. Founder of StreamUP. Stream most weeks, make music when I can. Say what it does, not what it is.

Audited the latest OBS plugins. 2 updates this week.

StreamUP got backup and restore for a whole OBS setup, and PTZ Controls now needs OBS 32.2.1.

Here they are.

6 things that changed in OBS 33, rounded up.

Your plugins have moved, some won't load yet, and the preview finally snaps properly.

Anyone actually running the beta on their main setup yet?

Everything else, plus installing plugins the new way, is in the full video.

OBS 33 beta is out, and it moves where your plugins live. New install folder, some plugins won't load yet, and the old locations stop working in OBS 34.

Plus proper snapping guides, number boxes that apply on Enter, and a much newer browser engine. Full breakdown out now.

2 OBS plugin updates this week.

A brand new one that zooms your screen capture on a hotkey, and Branch Output finally dealing with endless reconnects.

Which one are you grabbing?

Keeping on top of plugin updates by hand gets old fast.

The @StreamUPtips OBS Plugin Manager tells you what is out of date and updates it in one click. That is the screenshot above.

10 OBS plugin updates this week.

4 are brand new: a status HUD, a smaller stats dock, a gamepad overlay, and a macOS fix for full screen output. Shadertastic and Aitum Stream Suite both got real feature drops.

Which one are you grabbing first?

10 plugins in a week is a lot to stay on top of by hand.
