Really disappointed with @marksandspencer - online order for click&collect with20% sparks. Order in store on Fri thought I had 7days to collect but order refunded after 5days. Was working so couldn’t collect. Website says 7days to collect. All discounts lost and no items 😡

@British_Airways in Sicily for my cousins wedding and the mother of the bride and brother of the brides suitcases were lost by BA. They have been given a complete run around by the airline. They have been told that their bags are in Palermo but now they are not!!

@SepsisUK @campbell_kaz This is a big problem especially in the paediatric population eg the small baby who could have sepsis or the toddler/older child with breathing problems who may be wheezy. Lots of posts on FB from paediatricians advising parents that staying at home isn’t always the right thing.

@British_Airways That’s such a shame as it really does make travelling long haul with children much easier and much more comfortable for them. Particularly disappointing as we’ve used it on one world partner airlines without a problem.

@British_Airways we have a flight coming up from LHR to the US and are travelling with a 3 year old. We have used a plane pal (to allow her to sleep) on multiple flights with other airlines and wanted to check we can use it on this one too?
