28 years ago, Karl Bushby left the UK in an attempt to become the first person to circumnavigate the world on foot.
Yesterday, he arrived in Dover for the final leg of his journey to his mother’s home in Hull.
@timothy_stanley Tim, genuinely, I wish you nothing but happiness and a good life. You should remember not everyone gets what you get out of Neoliberalism, something you might wish to consider.
@RafHM You should debate him. Also, much of the reason Tucker gets the attention he does, is the way Thatcherite economic liberals and the Rules Based Order have ruined once high trust low crime societies and now ask naughty questions about history.
@KonstantinKisin@triggerpod Tucker Carlson is a revisionist. I don’t personally share his view that Moustache man just wanted to be friends with Britain and Europe would necessarily be better if we stayed out of the war, but he is allowed to challenge history and the accepted post war orthodoxy.
@horton_official Neither side was dismantled; Tucker is a protectionist and against the slaughter of innocents. Mogg is in favour of transnationalism and believes war can be justified, even if innocents are killed. Both are positions politically motivated people can hold.
@elenaantoniou3 Mogg is committed to world order and America being at the forefront of that world order. He views Russia, and by extension China as a threat to that order. And he sees Britain as a deputy.
