@Udewalter_@Nuel006 Yeah, I get that tbh. But those are signs of a player low on confidence. I still think he'd come clutch. We also need to understand this was his first full season as a starter since he joined the club.
@Udewalter_@Nuel006 Tbh stats can be deceiving. I prefer the eye test, and yes, I'd admit he dipped in form when he came back from afcon, but his work rate was never in doubt.
@Nuel006@Udewalter_ Cos he offers more, he's off the ball work rate, he's still a threat in box, he's 1v1 against defenders. Yeah, I know towards the ends of last season he dipped a bit, but there's a good player there.
@storji@mfc_mrpage@FabrizioRomano Then let African journalists tweet about it and stop stressing when European journalists don't. What else do these people have to do to show they don't rate Africa? Let's help ourselves and 4get about the Europeans/Americans.
@FrankEra_ What happened to scouting for hidden gems around Europe, North/South America, and even Africa. Must clubs sign all these overpriced and over hyped players?
@PFalcony@David_Ornstein@TheAthleticFC 😂😂😂no, he's not. All the people you mentioned had at least 2 good seasons before that price was paid. Elliot has had just one ok season.
@enniythommy@TheGrandmaBoy Same as the elders, who embrace embezzlement as the only way to success. Our collective wealth is being embezzled every day.
@enniythommy@TheGrandmaBoy Exactly, you're making my point. You saying, "Nigerian youths and crime, 5-6" is an ambiguous statement. Cos it's all age groups. Both youths and elders.
