After I had tweeted, 15 mins later I got a message to say my order is going to be delivered shortly. Sad that I had to go to those lengths to get the service delivery they promise

@Dude_myster Seems like they only listen and do something about their pathetic service when you take to social media. Within 15 mins of the tweet, I got a message letting me know that the driver is on the way. Sad that I had to resort to blasting them on social media just to get my delivery.
