@GMB It will if that person is from the job centre. An occupational therapist who is trained in activity and task analysis and a health professional would be ideal to look at reasonable adjustments and support a return to work.

@GMB @kategarraway a fit note should be detailed with reasonable adjustments which rarely GPs do. However having an appt with an Occupational therapist in the GP surgery to complete job task analysis which they're trained in can accommodate someone returning to work sooner

@GMB @CharlotteHawkns Access to work isnt fit for purpose currently, they're only just working through referrals made last November. If you need A2W input before you can start a job, you're not going to get work. No employer will keep a job open that long waiting for A2W to put in their support
