For Bangladesh, I can’t think of anything bigger than this. The World Cup of 2015 was great, beating Australia and England at home fantastic. And the kiwi win was huge.
But Bangladesh were East Pakistan. They use to be given one position in the team for their players as a token when holding a match at home.
And now they’ve come to Pakistan and not just won a Test, or series, but 2-0. No draws. No luck with rain. They won this.
With everything happening at home in the last few months, there are few places who needed more joy right now.
I hope this Joy for Bangla lasts. What a moment.
@flightcentreAU Hi there team, need some help with a booking. We have emailed but had no response. At this stage we have no flight out of St Vincent and need a reply to the emails please.
Disappointed not to see @nassercricket in full Kappa attire today. Another amazing game in NYC. What is not amazing is the atrocious travel planning. Two teams with many bags and family trying to get to St Vincent on one small aircraft #genius#circus#zerocomms
A huge thank you to @AndreAdams for re-living his time at Notts, including those he played with and the dramatic 2010 title win
Some great stories here, including the remarkable circumstances which led him to Trent Bridge
