@HastingsHelp - thanks for lack of help. Tried web chat to cancel renewal, they said only way to do was to call. So call I did, on hold for 35 minutes then just cut off. Wasted 45 minutes of my time and I’m no further forward 😡

@frankienbennys so tonight myself my dad & 2 kids visited Sunderland restaurant. Eating meal & my dad has huge hair in his mouth from his chicken. Expressed dissatisfaction & told to wait for manager, Waitred 20 minutes to be offered the chicken free...absolute disgrace
