Warren Buffett explica la diferencia crítica entre invertir y especular.
Si el activo no produce nada, solo estás esperando a que un "tonto" pague más mañana.
La inversión real se basa en la producción del propio activo.

Tres minutos DE ORO
This is absolutely wild:
All of the headlines focused on how the "US added 303,000 jobs in March."
However, if you dig further into the data, ALL of the job gains came from part-time jobs, according to ZeroHedge.
Last month, the US added a whopping 691,000 part-time jobs while LOSING 6,000 full-time jobs.
The worst part?
Over the last year, the number of full-time jobs is DOWN 1.347 million.
Meanwhile, the number of part-time jobs is up by 1.888 million, according to ZeroHedge.

Why does everything feel so unaffordable?
According to the pre-1983 CPI calculation method, inflation is nearly TRIPLE what current CPI data says.
If you used pre-1983 CPI, inflation peaked at 18% in November 2022 and currently stands at a whopping 8%.
Under this method, housing inflation more than DOUBLED since 2020 alone.
Even in August 2023, this CPI inflation method would've put inflation at 12%.
Perhaps this is why there is such a large gap between headlines and reality.
Are our inflation formulas off?
Issuances of US Treasuries are now at pandemic levels:
We saw nearly $7 trillion in gross issuances of US Treasures in just 3 months during 2023.
For the entire year of 2023, a whopping $23 TRILLION in US Treasuries were issued.
US federal debt is rising by $1 trillion every 90 days right now.
US government spending as a percentage of GDP is at World War 2 levels.
Why are Treasury issuances and deficits at record levels if we are on track for a "soft landing?"

👉 … ¿eso es bueno o malo? ⛔️
I am buying 10 more Bitcoin before April. Why? The “Having.” If you can’t afford a whole Bitcoin you may want to consider buying 1/10 of a coin, via the new ETFs or Satoshi’s.
If the Bitcoin process works as designed you may own a whole Bitcoin by the end of this year.
I expect Bitcoin to be $100 k by September 2024.
If you are not into Bitcoin I suggest buying silver coins, preferably US silver eagles. My friend Andy Schectman states the once abundant supply of silver is nearly gone. He has a standing order for $1 million in “junk” silver (pre-64 US silver coins) and can it find pre 1964 silver coins to fill the order.
Q: Why is this happening?
A: Because the “smart money” knows the US is the biggest debtor nation in the world; China’s property market is “toast;” Japan has been in a Depression since 1990; Germany is sliding into aDepression, mom and pop consumer are living on credit cards; banks are in trouble; and the world is on the brink of war.
Michael Saylor a Bitcoin maxi asks Q: “What do you call people who insist on saving fiat currency…“fake” money?
A: Poor.
Michael Saylor, Andy Schectman and me, do not want you to be poor.
Please start acquiring gold, silver, Bitcoin, if you already have not started.
Of the three, silver is the most affordable for the most people.
Bitcoin is about $70,000 a coin.
Gold is about $2,500 coin.
Silver is about $35.00 a coin.
Please don’t be a poor person saving fake money.
Almost everyone in the world can afford at least one silver coin or one Bitcoin Satoshi.
Be smart, take action, and take care.
On a personal note, I want to be a good sport. Congratulations to all who are fully engaged in Bitcoin $BTC and other coins and see them as the bottom layer of the world's future monetary systems. I believe there is a chance for this to occur, with Bitcoin becoming an important store of wealth. My generation, Biden's generation (he belongs to the older "Post WW1 War" generation), and Gen Xers have been at the helm for the Great U.S. Debt Disaster. We've are responsible for loading debt upon debt upon Gen M and Gen Z. There is something revolutionary going on with crypto that the old Gold bulls cannot fathom. But you younger investors understand it -- and hopefully crypto can bail out the system, or at least generate incredible wealth for you. So, my ode to you is here.
Laser to your heart's delight. You deserve it.
