@lightsilver323 Hatton Locks helps growing businesses replace disconnected systems and manual processes with an Odoo ERP built around how they actually work.
It's not uncommon for management to view an ERP rollout as an outsourced project and so somebody else's responsibility. It's far more likely to succeed if they lead the change.
ERP projects can't be delegated.
Management must lead the change.
When leaders actively support an implementation, people notice.
When they don't, people notice that too.

Long-term advantage rarely comes from discovering universally “correct” answers. More often, it comes from building coherent systems where strategy, products, operational capability, and market realities remain aligned over time.

It's uncommon in my experience for businesses to use systems to build culture deliberately. Most know that systems have an effect, but most choose systems based on internal agendas, and implement them based on minimum requirements.

@AlexJayZA@jacarandafm I had a pet newt once, I named him Ron, Newt Ron. He ran a campaign to get into public office, his campaign posters said Elect Ron. 😉😀
@Om_Codes_ Loud and not particularly better, needs all the same peripherals to work as a desktop (Monitors, Keyboard, Mouse, USB Hub / Docking station)?
@OmriBuilds Start with where the idea comes from, if it comes from interpreting expressions of need from customers, that's a good validation to begin with. Then look to see how (and whether) the market charges to meet that need.
