Several weeks ago we at @okx announced a joint venture with @ICE_Markets, which owns the New York Stock Exchange, to tokenize securities for global distribution. It was seen by some as an overly ambitious venture. Numerous efforts have been launched with attenuated timelines to become reality. But last week the SEC issued an order to authorize a new model of tokenization!

We will be at the forefront of a new era of financial access and empowerment.

As Yom Kippur begins tonight, we are reminded that reflection is not enough without action, and that forgiveness, compassion, and moral courage are responsibilities we must carry beyond this sacred day.

Happy 95th birthday to my mother, Matilda.

For 95 years, she has lived a life defined by love, family, faith, strength, and service to others.

She raised five children, has been the heart of our family for generations, and through Mentoring USA has spent decades fighting to make sure young people know that someone believes in them and that their future matters.

At 95, she remains as strong, determined, and loving as ever, teaching us, inspiring us, and still keeping all of us in line.

Real bipartisan progress has been made on the CLARITY Act, including on ethics, enforcement and yield.

The differences have narrowed. Congress can pass this bill if it chooses to.

The question now is whether Washington will put politics aside and get it done, or hold out for perceived advantage in the midterms.

This is bigger than either party. The future of finance is being built now. America can lead it — with clear rules, strong safeguards and responsible innovation — or watch as the world passes us by.

Pass the CLARITY Act.
