@cookhamcockapoo@Peston Worth remembering that he was key to forcing Theresa May out of office, MPs being forced out is nothing new.
Also worth noting he could have fought the decision and taken it to the people by completing in the by election it would have caused.
@NadineDorries Unfortunately the report shows that during the largest, most widespread crisis since the war the prime minister allowed and partook in a unlawful and unprofessional culture. Why should we have the confidence in him to us through the current crisis. He did this, he must move on
@scullyp you realise that Boris Johnson nearly dying from covid is exactly why he should have known the importance of following the rules. Yet he still partied.
It's an actual example of his poor judgement. Do not fall for his bluster, it's empty, people are angry, it's on

@BorisJohnson nearly dying of ovid is not a justification for your actions. It should have shown you the urgent need for EVERYONE to follow these rules. You did all this afterwards. @Conservatives please don't think he's changed or learnt. He never has before
@RagingHippos@Helen4Retford@CarverEmily@bbclaurak@BethRigby My feelings are my own, lockdown was hard for all of us and many people had to say goodbye to loved ones over zoom or not attend funerals. I don't like that these parties went on while those things happened and I don't like what is suggests about the attitude of our leaders.
@RagingHippos@Helen4Retford@CarverEmily@bbclaurak Yes but they have broken them repeatedly and tried to hide it. It's about the character of a leader and the culture they create.
Of course the situation in Ukraine is important but just because events continue to happen does not mean leaders should not be held to account.
@RagingHippos@Helen4Retford@CarverEmily When you're having multiple parties to the point you have to apologize to the queen it's a bit more than bending the rules. Forget the letter it's not even in the spirit of the rules
@BorisJohnson@DominicRaab if you weren't socially distanced you were breaking the rules. Many people worked tirelessly through lockdown with little or no reward.
Privilege is thinking you deserve something for working hard.
Please leave now
@tfwrail this was my midday weekday train from Gobowen to Shrewsbury. This is a consistent issue between Shrewsbury and Chester. As people were trying to get on it was delayed. The train manager was trying his best but you are asking the impossible
@tfwrail 800m over how many years and how much of that will be focused on North Wales services? At the moment it seems that you don't have enough trains and when you do they don't work.
@tfwrail Does that mean more carriages will be on the Shrewsbury to Chester route? I appreciate it's a difficult issue but the train is now broken down outside Shrewsbury. This service clearly isn't sufficient to requirements
@tfwrail I appreciate that but you need to buy more rolling stock then as you clearly don't have enough to service the routes your contracted for. You are still asking people to social distance but are not providing the space to even seat everyone
