Rather than thinking, "It's not about the destination, it's about the journey..."
Consider, "Maybe I can enjoy the process as I unleash my full potential."
Maybe you find yourself in “liminal space,” that odd space where you haven’t quite left the past season YET you haven’t quite stepped into the next season, either.

The goal when dealing with emotional stuff isn't to GET a diagnosis NOR is it to AVOID one...
The goal is to move towards health, taking the path (diagnosis or not) that gets you there.
I've though this a LOT about projects around the house, exercise programs, trips and adventures...
