@VoxTelecom Truly shocking. Account was paid on the 26th of Feb from my UK bank account for the service my mom uses in SA. Received an email on the 6th of March to say it was going to be suspended due to non payment.I’ve emailed 3 times with no reply and service is now suspended!

@VoxTelecom The reference I used on the payment was 9126609 as is always the case. I’ve emailed three times to the “collections” email and to Patience Ntsangase however haven’t had a reply to any of my emails .

@VoxTelecom please assist me. Live in the UK but pay my mom’s account from here. Payment was made on the 1st. Her account has been suspended due to non payment but it has been paid as I do every month. Emailed various times today but no reply , not even from Patience Ntsangase.

@VoxTelecom I’ve also been requesting an update to date statement reflecting the monies paid in November however have had no replies to those emails either. Now my mom is without any WiFi etc and is distraught.
