Its OK to take a break from social media for a while.... The argument a lot of folks were making is that this was not the time to discuss him, but to focus on the actual victim.
You know I've had to read a lot of vicious comments to my video from yesterday about the horrific murder suicide committed by Justin Fairfax. I've let a lot of them go, but I gotta tell you I'm getting tired of being called names and being attacked mostly by women; because I happen to have a male friend who was like a younger brother, who did a horrific thing . I'm trying to process it just like every member of his family, his colleagues, his friends, his clergy all of us are hurt and devastated and in deep sorrow. Anybody that watched my video knows that I absolutely have centered Cerina Fairfax as she should be, but I've also been very unequivocal in my language about the disgusting evil thing that Justin did to her. That it was not justified that it was not excusable; because he had mental health problems or he had other issues.
Some of you ladies on here needs some mental health help. You've had abusive childhoods or you've been mistreated by men or whatever it is and you get on Twitter and you take it out on the rest of us. It needs to stop it. It's not becoming.
It's actually ugly and it's embarrassing for you to get on here and make comments that are just not based in truth. Anybody that knows me knows that I've said nothing of the sort that you are accusing me of doing. So please stop. I will continue to just block you. I won't engage. I'm not gonna put up with it though because you have no idea what you're talking about. And lastly, I want to really thank a lot of the media. the way that the stories are starting to focus on Cerina and her accomplishments, the good she did as a mom and her as a sister, as a friend. That's what we need to know more of. I was one of the first people to say less Justin, more Cerina and I'm going to keep saying it; so please stop with the nasty vitriolic hateful comments they're unhelpful and they are hurtful. Stop.
@RedMedia_us I really dont think folks have an understanding of how the Bible came about, the various translations over time, and the words actually spoken by God...
@IAmSophiaNelson All of this may be true, but he murdered his wife while his kids were in the house. He is not the victim today. She was someone's mother & daughter and all I see are folks coming to his defense/explaining his "why.' If his wife was your family member would you feel the same?
Publicly mourning a man who murdered his wife, while his kids were in the house, does not sit right with me. I'm seeing pics on my timeline of folks who met him, from frat brothers, etc. We all deserve grace, but he is not the victim. #justinfairfax
