📈📈Continuing to work on speed and power! Set a new pr in both the 10yard start and flying ten. Finally broke past 1 second and hit my goal of .99 seconds in the flying ten! Also hit a new pr of 1.45 seconds in my push up start. Excited to see all of my hardwork paying off and I’m pumped to start spring ball!
