This is a poor smear campaign strategy.

1. ZANU-PF is not holding a congress in Mutare this year but a conference.
2. The ZANU-PF conference is attended strictly by VVIPs and VIPs who have undergone a rigorous vetting process followed by accreditation. So, how can three buses of unvetted people gain entry to the conference?
3. This shows that whoever came up with this lie must have been writing under the influence of heavy drugs.
4. Dr. Tagwirei and @wicknellchivayo are not cowards and have never engaged in any undisciplined activities undermining any member of the Presidium. The opposition only wishes this were true.

3. You have described yourself as “young, intelligent and hardworking.” What’s your comment on the @HeraldZimbabwe’s allegation that you’re a fraudster? Is that a fair comment? If not, why not?

City of Harare Strengthens Water Department with 17 New Vehicles

The City of Harare has received 17 vehicles from Helcraw Pvt Ltd to boost operations in the Water Department.

The new fleet will enhance water delivery and distribution across the capital.

Mayor Jacob Mafume commended the donation, describing it as a sign of the city’s commitment to strategic partnerships for improved service delivery.

I CANNOT totally dispute the fact that I am a young, intelligent and hardworking man, but your OBSESSION with me and the Gwanda Solar Project looks much LESS of any “public accountability” issue and MORE like a personal vendetta !!! You seem fixated on RECYCLING questions that have ALREADY BEEN LITIGATED and BURIED by the highest courts of our Country. However, since you insist on fishing in a DRY POND, allow me to restate, hopefully for the LAST TIME, what the courts have already settled.

Firstly, there is NO law in Zimbabwe, or anywhere credible for that matter, that requires a company to be in EXISTENCE for DECADES before it can participate in a tender. Our procurement legislation only demands that the bidder be VALIDLY INCORPORATED and DEMONSTRATE CAPACITY, whether directly or through lawful partnerships. Intratrek partnered with CHINT Electric Co. Ltd of China, the second largest solar PV manufacturer globally and a renewable energy giant with over 50,000 employees and annual revenues of US$25 billion. Do you think such a behemoth of a company would partner with a shelf company ? Perhaps next time, before tweeting legal inaccuracies, please consult PRAZ’s Standard Bidding Documents as read together with the PPDPA, which explicitly allow such partnerships. Intratrek and CHiNT were awarded the Gwanda solar project tender as the LOWEST compliant bidder to specification. That is how it works, SIMPLE.

Secondly, your claim that Intratrek was a “middleman” is just but a work of FICTION. Rather, if your read the Supreme Court judgment, you will note that Intratrek secured the LAND, NATIONAL project status, PRESCRIBED ASSET status, and all the local regulatory approvals without CHINT. That is called PROJECT DEVELOPMENT, madam Advocate, not “briefcase trading” as you allege ! The fact that we partnered with a foreign entity to demonstrate technical and financial strength is not criminal. It is in fact how the entire world’s EPC projects are structured. It is rather unfortunate you are IGNORANT of this common practice

Thirdly, you keep BARKING about US$5 MILLION as though it was HIDDEN in my pocket, yet the Supreme Court judgment already answered this issue. Are your incessant questions actually placing the WISDOM and REASONING of the Supreme Court into doubt ? For a lawyer of the calibre you purport to be, it amounts to GROSS NEGLIGENCE to keep repeating questions that the Supreme Court long resolved. The advance payment was fully accounted for and I see no reason why I should sound like a broken record on this issue. The Supreme Court also confirmed the contract is VALID, binding, and ENFORCEABLE through specific performance. The project will therefore be implemented VERY SOON, once financial close has been achieved

Is this how I win all tenders, YES Advocate !!! It is called being the lowest compliant bidder, in line with the PPDPA. It is also called partnering with established OEMs like CHINT, who rank among the world’s top renewable energy manufacturers. Its not CORRUPTION, it is called COMPLIANCE. Next time, do yourself the DIGNITY of familiarising yourself with tender processes before performing legal gymnastics on social media in search of elusive RELEVANCE.

MONDAY MOTIVATION…MAWAYA WAYA 💵💵💸💸💰🤑

Success in life is driven by many things, be it personal AMBITION, dreams for a better FUTURE or a vow never to experience a DIFFICULT past again. For me, music has always been a very UNIQUE source of inspiration, carrying deep words that PUSHED my determination. Artists like SHINSOMAN laid the FOUNDATION of ZIMDANCEHALL. His songs like “Hanzi Ndakupenga”, “Mama Devante”, and the hit song with the late music legend SOUL JAH LOVE, “Hatichabatika” remain timeless and continues to inspire generations. Such CREATIVITY deserves proper recognition and appreciation for the role it has played in shaping music and indeed, my own life.

So today I say a BIG congratulations to you, Mr. Romeo Antony, better known as SHINSOMAN, the DANCEHALL FATHER. I admire how you have SUPPORTED national programs, performed at STATE events, and uplifted the YOUTH by teaching discipline and focus. After being SUCCESSFULLY HOSTED by H.E. the President and the First Lady, Amai Mnangagwa last Friday, the entire gathering of a staggering 9,000 VaPOSITORI was all served with lunch from CHICKEN INN.
