On Saturday I ran the #warringtonway 40mile ultra trail race organised by @lymmrunners averaging 6.26 p/km.
An amazing event, incredibly well supported and start/finished in my home village. The highlight was crossing the line with 3yr old son #powerofthemind

Arrived in Boston from Manchester on November 19th, hold bag didn't arrive (after multiple assurances it was on route to me), returned from holiday to the UK after 2 weeks and still no bag.

@AerLingus Their response: "We have sent a request to the airport, once we received any update we will keep you informed."- The bag isn't at the airport, no one can tell me where it is, thats the problem.

My query is formalising a complaint and trying to get my bag back. Currently to my knowledge it remains at a residential address in Guilford, CT, 3500miles away. Its day 19 and no one can tell me when I will get it back or offer to resolve

@AerLingus It transpires that the bag never left my outbound destination (Manchester) on November 19th. 17days and counting.. 🧳🤫
Also never had any one from @AerLingus contact me to formally apologise for the inconvenience.
2week holiday, no bag or willingness to resolve, classy 👌

@AerLingus Given the continued lack of action, I think a call to try and resolve would be the very least you could do, to explain how you may wish to resolve and how it came about, that my bag remains 3500miles away when I was assured it was back in the UK and set to be "expedited" back 🧐
