@SW_Help Actually, not just delayed. The stopping service at 17.28 from Southampton to Bournemouth has been cancelled. First point is, why a last minute cancellation. The train is here! Second, why is there a delay or cancellation every single day! I spend hours stood on platforms!
@bbcnickrobinson What an ill timed, disrespectful and frankly spiteful comment. Starmer has his faults, but he was genuinely looking out for the best of the country. Politics is a nasty business, i know, full of overly ambitious backstabbers. Keir stood out as a better man than that.
@SW_Help I wouldn't have needed water if my train from Southampton at 17.28 turned up. Instead I'm still standing on a SWR train at 19.25. Only 90mins late!
@devisridhar I saw it in Foyles at Waterloo waiting for my train yesterday. Picked up a copy and began reading on the long journey home. Finding it fascinating so far.
@SW_Help But, when I check last train times for Tuesday or Wednesday this week ( no engineering works) it's even earlier- 22.05! So, the regular SWR service is no use unless you can be back at Waterloo for 10pm. No use for any evening event unfortunately.
@SW_Help travelling up to London for a concert tonight. Having to stay over now as the last train from Waterloo down to Bournemouth area is a very early 22.38 and then takes almost 3 hours. Why do services finish so early though? Train up today is full.
@afneil Why reply so rudely to the valid point @ZoeJardiniere is making? It's correct that North Sea oil and gas is not 'owned" by the UK. It would be exploited privately with minimal benefit to the UK taxpayer. Its also a mature basin, mostly not suitable for UK refineries.
Shows us what he's really like. What a horrible angry man. And he wants to be Prime Minster! He can't control himself when there's a minor interruption. He'd have the country at war within a week, over something ridiculous!
@SW_Help Any update on the signalling issues through to Brockenhurst? No news for half an hour here. Just sitting at a red signal. Repeat of same issue from last week!
@EmmaforWycombe@SteveReedMP Many congratulations on your new appointment Emma. I look forward to hopefully working with you and Defra on the review and reform of the business water market.
