@NFLPerformances I feel like I just watched a career highlight tape. Great touch and he hits his guys in stride. Looks like he had significantly less velocity on his throws in the superbowl than the rest of the season. Boutte needs to be on the field for the pats this season as much as possible
#Breaking: Chiefs WR Rashee Rice violated his probation after testing positive for marijuana.
Rice has been ordered to serve 30 days in jail, meaning he will miss #Chiefs OTAs & Mandatory Mini-Camp.
@KSHB41 is working to learn more.
@BaxFootballGuru I doubt there would be an investigation. I feel like that would only further detract from the spotlight being on the guys that are getting in.
Usually the all time greats with the “all time” records get in first ballot - Landry Shula and Noll are the guys that got in first ballot as coaches. I’d say the traditional approach is the guys that win the most get in first alongside those with elite stats.
My point is if voters chose politics over accolades - eventually deserving people get hurt. Either BB gets black balled like Bonds did by the voters, or he eventually gets in and this was seen as a “punishment” which inherently does make this vote about the voters leaving…
So now you speak for most people? Looking to dunk on you? I’m trying to have a constructive conversation without accusations. You apparently don’t feel the same way. So who’s looking to dunk on who here?
BB off as a form of “vigilante justice.” There are only a handful of HoF spots available each year. Kicking the can down the road to another year for BB only potentially creates a bottleneck of a deserving person not getting a spot somewhere down the road bcs someone with the
resume of a 1st ballot doesn’t get in when they do.
I took your initial request for the names as rhetorical as I assumed it’s common knowledge those names aren’t yet known. If you were genuinely asking me because you thought I was in the know then I am sorry for misinterpreting
Most people would interpret your question as rhetorical since it’s not known at this time who the 11+ are so not a cop out. Unless you know any you’re looking to dunk on me with that knowledge. What’s the significance of the names of the 11+ that didn’t vote for bill?
No, I don’t. I’m not gonna sit here and diminish what these great players and coaches have done just because you want to. And thanks for the copout answer. Do you know who the 10 are or not? What second tier people are you talking about?
