I wrote a book.
SILENT DEBT will be released worldwide on 17 September 2026.
A book about debt, behaviour, risk and the psychology behind financial decisions.
Paperback. Ebook. Audiobook.
Not every empty season means nothing is happening.
Sometimes life clears the room before it reveals what belongs there.
Silence can be preparation.
Uncertainty can be redirection.
Starting again can be progress.
Do not fear the empty space.
It may be where your next life begins.
@Psycho_Growth She has read it many times through more than 60 drafts. The book is now with the publisher, and the audiobook is already being recorded.
@Psycho_Growth My biggest supporter was, and still is, my partner. She believed in the book, but more importantly, she believed in me through every uncertain stage. Her support never tried to control the journey. It simply gave me the strength to continue.
@taraspedko@alinalately The internal shift becomes a compass. External circumstances may change the route, but they no longer decide who you are or what you stand for.
@be_evolved1 I understand. Society is often quick to judge the chapter without knowing the whole story. That is why we must learn to see the person before the position.
@business@opinion Eating alone is not always loneliness. For many people, it reflects independence, changing lifestyles and the confidence to enjoy their own company.
@zavxai Building with AI is becoming common. Understanding how the models actually learn, fail and improve will remain far rarer and far more valuable.
@TheGameTheory_ Failure is common because attempting anything meaningful carries risk. Persistence is rare because it asks us to return after confidence has been damaged.
@GK61546 Goals create direction, but habits decide whether we ever arrive. The life we want is usually built through small actions repeated long after motivation fades.
Do not complain today.
Being heard and validated can activate the brain’s reward system, which is why repeating a problem may feel relieving.
But repeated problem talk without action can increase sadness and anxiety.
Relief is not resolution.
Replace one complaint with one action.
@typesfast Good policy should protect public revenue without driving away the people and businesses that create it. The challenge is finding balance rather than treating success as something to punish.
@JoelOsteen Faith can bring peace when the outcome is uncertain. Trust does not remove responsibility, but it can stop fear from controlling every decision.
@TalkWithSally The hardest part is often beginning when motivation is absent. Start with ten minutes. Action usually creates the energy we were waiting to feel.
@wisdomslices_ Not every provocation deserves a response. Sometimes keeping your composure is not avoidance. It is refusing to let someone else choose your behaviour.
