@Stevepeel63 @simoninferno Funny thing , when your body switches to using fat as fuel completely , you get through the day easily. After 10-12 days it's much easier. After 30days it's hard to sleep at night, which makes it very difficult :/

@simoninferno @Stevepeel63 It's normal for cholesterol to rise during fasting , and remain high for a bit after. Your body uses fat as fuel after 3-5 days , hence it's OK. I did 33 days a year ago , was the same situation. Important part Is re-feeding after the fast. Needs to be healthy food only
