@RogueOle @embridgewoman @JoeBiden If that IS what you're saying, my point still stands. Many Americans have undiagnosed mental illness that would show up on any psych eval, yourself included. Meaning most people wouldn't be able to own any firearms. Sounds like a great idea to me.
