🎉 As we continue to celebrate National Principals Month, we’re shining the spotlight on Dr. Leah Cogswell, Assistant Principal at Olathe Northwest High School!
📚 Dr. Cogswell’s favorite subject in school was Math, which led her to become a math teacher!
🍎 Now in her fifth year as an assistant principal at Olathe Northwest and ninth year in administration, Dr. Cogswell’s path to leadership was shaped by the mentorship of inspiring principals she’s worked with along the way.
🏫 As an Olathe Public Schools graduate, she says Olathe has always felt like home. Dr. Cogswell shared, “The collaboration between students, families, and staff to ensure student success is one of my favorite aspects of this community.”
🌟 One of the most memorable moments in her role is seeing students realize their potential and helping them achieve their goals.
💙 We’re grateful for Dr. Cogswell’s dedication and leadership at Olathe Northwest! #OPSMakeTodayCount
