Getting asked by many organizations to help them with #crisis#communication messaging. Happy to do so, but I tell them it's less about having the "right" response ready to use, than it is about having a well-trained and experienced team, a strong strategy that identifies key risks and threats and a strong crisis comms system in place. To me, the system is the real foundation.
