@pinstripedline One reason is the careers office don't do their jobs. Why is it all done remotely? I have a colleague at work trying to join. The careers office should be getting people in, it's not a job where you will be working remotely so get people meeting face to face.
@pinstripedline We haven't got the pilots to fly the jets. The whole of defence can't train aircrew due to lack of aircraft and bad organisation. If you can't see this you are the problem.
