@Cai_ParryJones Can you please tell us all how you'll be utilising the HS2 line in Wales? Yes the UK government are investing some funds on rail improvements in Wales, but nowhere near the amount Wales would have through the Barnet formula if rail was devolved.

@Cai_ParryJones Not really a fair assessment on a day like today, with Blackweir Live, some city centre main roads are closed. Even if there was 2 lanes, it would be 2 lanes of almost standstill traffic. As the roads that are open, that also don't have bike lanes, can't cope with the traffic.
