@ThreeUKSupport I've only used a small amount of that 12gb fair usage while I'm abroad but I have used 80% of my monthly allowance. Nothing in the information provided when purchasing the boost dud it state it couldn't be used abroad.

@ThreeUKSupport Nowhere does it state that the add on allowance cannot be used abroad. Everything in the details about the add on says it can be added to my normal allowance. Only in the associated fair use policy does it state that there is a 12gb limit.
