What sort of fucking incompetent institution puts together an induction course which locks each section behind the completion of the previous section but then fails in making the section actually unlock.
@BrickMorpork@LEGOIdeas “* The vermine is a small black-and-white relative of the lemming, found in the cold Hublandish regions. Its skin is rare and highly valued, especially by the vermine itself; the selfish little bastard will do anything rather than let go of it.”
@boymonster I guess I'd've been about ten or eleven when I first read the Basic set, so maybe she is why I've a soft spot for warrior women now you mention it.
@boymonster I'm not a huge fan of crime dramas, they only usually catch me when they throw in a supernatural or sci-fi element. The Rising was really good.
@AndreaGStewart @s_t_gibson @LeowAmy WARLORDS OF WYRDWOOD by @dedbutdrmng is out September 10th!
This is the second installment in a new epic fantasy trilogy set in a forest straight out of darkest folklore with outlaws fighting an evil empire and warring deities.

@ColleenDoran Mind you the biggest thing I learned was when you manager complains about your time management the best thing to do is, when given a new task, ask if it is more or less important than the rest of the tasks you've been given.
@ColleenDoran Got sent on a time management early in my career and was stunned to see that when asked to assign tasks to two axes - important vs urgent, people still wanted to prioritise urgent unimportant tasks over important not-urgent tasks.
@BrickMorpork They are easily identifiable when posted by Brick-Morpork. Posted by anyone else without a Pratchett/Discworld tag not so much.
I love 'em.
