@han_gate But how to ask me to believe there is still no feature and solution provided from a web3 company as well as the assets still belong to me after 6 months?
@han_gate The asset what I deposited is not supported by the platform and it may not be easily to be supported by the platform in future as it is basically not for trading purposes so can you advise your development team to open up the support range of token from platform?

@han_gate@han_gate the issue is still not resolved and the feature to receive my assets from wallet is still not created and it takes almost 6 months and nothing happened, I am quite disappointed with the service of https://t.co/xgRNUHRo6L has provided so far.

@han_gate Hi @han_gate I am not sure what I can do right now as your company keeps holding my assets for almost one month and i have talked to the customer service many times but still no progress. I believe the responsible firm should avoid any losses for users as first priority.
@han_gate@han_gate Hope everything of you goes well! my issue is still unresolved and the specialist advised me to wait and see if new interface or features can be created on the platform in order to allow them to send my assets back to me so that could be decades even forever I guess.
