I regret the day I walked into the @Airtel_Ug shop to purchase the so‑called 5G Unlimited Internet device. Its performance is unreliable, functioning only when it chooses. Each time I contact Customer Service, I am met with the same scripted response: “I’m going to forward your case, someone is going to follow up.” Unfortunately, it appears that I, the client, am the “someone” being referred to. 🥴

I’m so done with his thing.
