@validmavericity Actually, @ianbremmer is correct. A Canadian prime minister is head of government, not head of state. (Our GG is the head of state.) In a presidential system, the president is the head of state.

@calgarytransit Renewing my regular senior pass is pretty frustrating. I call 311 but get misinformation. I go online, follow renewal instructions, but the procedure fails. Finally call 311 again and someone tells me I have to go downtown. Can't you do better?
