@Ryanair According to your website I'm not entitled to a refund of any kind for a flight cancellation 18/11/2024 from Paphos to Birmingham. We were forced to sit on a boiling plane with no Aircon for 4 hours. We were not offered water at all the doors were not opened for 3hrs...

Flight number was FR2137.
People were crying out for help with asthma and no help was given. No control was taken by any of the stewards or pilot. a steward by the name of JAHAD MERZIG laughed and said he couldn't offer us bottles of water as they planned to sell them to us aftr

your pilot Gwaine Metcalfe also tried to fight me outside Manchester airport and made numerous threats as I caught him trying to sneak away from the crowd prior to us being told about how to get home. I confronted the pilot Infront of passengers to where he proceeded

Negligence at the highest level. New born babies were on board.
We were then told a replacement flight 6 hours after our original time would take us to Birmingham but it didn't. instead we ended up in Manchester only to be told as we'd were landing. Not good enough.
