Glad to see the LAT decision in Schuknecht v. Economical (2022 ONLAT 19-013098) where post age 65 income replacement benefits are determined to be paid without regard to previously available (pre age 65) collateral benefits like LTD/CPP Disability, etc.

When you create your trademark/brand, don't use words that describe the product, or that others might use with the product. Trademarks is an area where making stuff up is good. Good trademarks are memorable, not descriptive.
