Saw a bloke on the tube at 7.30am peel the cover off a Sainsbury's trifle.

People were watching, interested to see how he'd approach it.

He got a large Dairy Milk Fruit and Nut bar out of his pocket, unwrapped it, then used it as a spoon to eat the trifle.

It’s arise Sir Gareth Southgate and Sir Sadiq Khan but not a knighthood in sight for Kevin Sinfield? If evidence was needed to illustrate the abuse of the ‘Honours’ system this is it! Recognition of wonderful works and deeds is all well and good, but this is absolutely farcical.

So Sadiq Khan is to be knighted?! London crime rates and the safety of the place he is mayor of is at its worst ever yet Kevin Sinfield, who raises millions of pounds for MND, doesn’t get knighted? Make sense of that, what a joke
