@O2 I was locked out of my account, unable to use minutes, texts or data, that I pay a lot for, while someone else used my number AFTER I raised it with your fraud team. A new sim card arrived tonight. I haven't been able to use my phone since 2nd Nov. I need compensation for this.
@O2 I haven't had network connection or mobile data since Saturday as there is fraudulent activity on my account. You've known about this for nearly a week and NOTHING has been done. Meanwhile you are allowing someone to order sim cards and airtime plans on my account. Thoughts?
@supersocks Hello, I ordered some socks over 2 weeks ago and still no package! I feel extremely disappointed and let down by this company. I was assured I would recieve it by Fri 18th. I now have no gift and I'm stuck in Tier 4. Please help me resolve this.
