Yes, he had right of way when he actually got to the turn. Granted the driver overtook on a solid line but the cyclist was also in the hatched box. Both of them in the wrong but it did not stop the cyclist taking his right turn. Get you head out of the sand.

@Mclobster72 @righttobikeit @RSkimina the cyclist was also in the hatched lines and he has admitted that the car overtaking him didn’t affect him in the slightest. He has admitted all he was doing was pointing out the driver was breaking the rules of the road, whilst he himself was breaking the rules of the road. 😂
