Sad to see some #edutwitter tweets tonight criticising heads and school leaders for their staffing arrangements for next week. Seriously, give us a break... we may not have it spot on but we only got guidance at midnight Thursday. Things will adapt and evolve over coming weeks..
Sent a bit of a soppy email to my Year 11โs this morning with a heart felt message and Oasis for them to listen to.... just got this back of one of the lads who most other teachers have down as a โscallyโ.

Dear Edutwitter. More than ever, really really consider โdo I need to tweet this?โ Very emotional time for us all. Maybe everyone should just send messages of thanks and praise and not get embroiled in other things. Good luck everyone x

I work in a school which has challenging behaviour. I often have people saying to me: how do you manage, youโre so nice? This confuses me. Misbehaviour doesnโt always require shouting and a 0 tolerance environment. Kill them with kindness. Build positive relationships.
A brilliant short film that can be used on #GCSE#Business . Covers lots of topics, including Business Growth, Sources of Finance, Meeting Customer Needs, Marketing etc
