Saying you could do this for eternity
Be careful
I fell into the trap a few times
Now, building progress up again
This time, smarter
We just have way too little time to achieve everything we want
And that feeling can be scary
Start with baby steps
Sustainable development
That lead to you getting miles ahead of everyone else over time
Whatever type of addiction you have right now
That you know is destroying you
And preventing you from moving forward
Try to replace it with something that's good
Train more, read a book, or do whatever the hell makes you feel like you're finally winning
