Why can't I get someone from the bank to call me? Almost two hours of waiting and then upon leaving seeking to have someone to call me... they gonna tell me they can't guarantee that. So the bank can randomly call to offer loans to customer, but cant call us? @JMMBGroupJA

If @JMMBGroupJA doesn't get that people leave work to get stuff done to then go back to work in an amicable time, then they are behaving like #ncbbank which more Jamaicans can safely say has the worst customer service being offered out to customers. I am pissed! #royallypissedoff

I can safely say I have never been/felt more disappointed in the service or the lack there of offered by @JMMBGroupJA. To be seated for almost 2 hours only to be told by an app you're next for more than 6 times, yet never once hearing your name called is atrocious.

Why the hell must I be waiting on a customer care agent for almost a hour. I am in the head office off hwt road and cant get through. Likewise, on a call trying to get a agent and still can't get through.

I am truly disappointed with how @FLOWJamaica has dealt with their promise to have the services at a certain location restored. From Wednesday according to them someone was suppose to come, and up to now no one has called or turned up!
