How FedEx people will take parcels using someone else identity (Aadhar card)

I am receiving calls from FedEx… I sent courier with illegal items from Bombay to Iran… Further saying that Mumbai customs seized that… they pinned my Aadhar card to the courier.. I Stays in Bangalore. Who is fraud here? FedEx or Aadhar ?
