@Makro_SA disgraceful bunch of retailers in particular your Riversands branch. So Blasé about everything. When asking why my order was not delivered they say they don’t know and they looking at it. As for customer service USELESS x USELESS.

@Makro_SA shocking service from Makro online placed order on 2nd of Oct & received order confirmation stipulating delivery expected today. When following up I am told IT glitch and that it will be escalated. False advertising SHOCKING!!! NO customer service too
