@SouthernCTGas we are attempting to make a payment and the website AND app are not working. The phone won't take the payment without the account number which we can't get because the app and website are down.

Do NOT move your @fitbit account over to @Google if you want your device to ever sync again. Cust service can do ZERO except "check your warranty" aka... you need to buy a new FitBit. Again. Even though the tracker is fine. Oh and all my data is lost
