Spot on. It’s funny how the PH suddenly discovers how algorithms, bots, and mass blocking accts including me work when the brand is threatened and reverse it into their advantage but eh they stayed completely silent and not monitoring by flagging those haters account for months while their own leads face massive smear campaigns. My opinion they willingly weaponize fandom toxicity for free hype.

Usually when Canadian journalists tease a surprise, it ends up being good one and not something that might starts war among the followers, but I don't know about journalism in Turkey, so this one could be tricky.😉

So happy I was off work today & didn’t have to wait until Sunday to watch this episode! ❤️

All I can say is... WOW. The storyline is finally taking off & it really feels like we're getting somewhere now.

And Emin & Ilsu? Absolutely incredible. As my first Turkish dizi, I’m so glad I discovered these two. Their growth from season 1 as actors has been amazing to watch. I’ve seen a lot of series both for work and perso. over the years &what stands out to me is how naturally they can go from intense emotional scenes to conflict, heartbreak, humor, and those beautiful quiet moments. They make it all look effortless. Their chemistry and those longing stares say so much without a single word.

One more reason to keep pushing and celebrating the incredible performances of Emin and Ilsu is to help them get noticed by Netflix, Disney+, and Prime Video. To boot their visibility lets keep using their individual hashtags, whether it's for both actors or just one. Using only #Arafta isn't enough. It brings visibility to the show and the brand, which is ok but not always directly to the actors.

Also with Emin and Ilsu both starting new projects soon, I understand that fans want to keep everything connected to this fandom, but Arafta and the brand benefits most from that visibility. Let's also support their future projects by using the actors' hashtags and the hashtags for their upcoming shows when sharing content. The more visibility we give them as actors, the more opportunities they may have in the future.

Ever since this asshole took over Twitter not X , I comment on either on Trump or his lame ass and suddenly my inbox gets filthy messages, followed by weird-ass accounts I keep having to clean out and block. Those automated messages bots that flooded the fandom two days ago didn’t just appear out of nowhere, and there was no scam going around. We were taught that these tactics can be used to manipulate algorithms and redirect attention during a fandom crisis. No doubt in my mind it came from their marketing team.

I just rewatched it & wasn’t rushing this time 😆 watched it all the way to the BTS and it hit me their interactions really remind me of Tom Holland and Zendaya in interviews. That same natural ease, little looks and way they seem to understand each other without saying much. It was a short IV but it actually said so much. We got to see different sides of them that weren’t really discussed in the previous interviews. Good job! 👏

It really was. Twitter used to bring the whole industry ecosystem together in one place and fans could interact in real time. From a marketing perspective, it was great for creating immediate hype, visibility & opportunities for growth around a project. Now I'm just looking forward to the day that everyone migrates towards different platforms and I could finally deactivate this account for good haha

You are absolutely right! The language barrier, really?? 😆 I honestly don’t know what they were thinking with this move posting about it all smiles while getting basically no reaction from the fans or the actors. I mean, worldwide it doesn’t look good when the leads who helped put the show on the international map aren’t there. And now it’s trending, so the attention they were aiming for could actually backfire. Whatever the reason the leads weren’t included or part of that “happy team” photo, it creates a domino effect that could affect their brand, potential investors and partners & even future actors who might think twice before signing with them.
