@pcs_union Sent an email and was sent a response they will get back to me in 7-10 working days. Have been trying to get through to them since last August before it changed to capita on the 1st Dec and no luck!! This is totally unacceptable and needs to be looked into as soon as possible!!

@pcs_union Rang them at 8:30am last week after registeing on their new website, number 73 in the queue to find no information held! Only my name, that I was a deferred member and my nominated beneficiary. Held on for over 3 hours and the phone line went dead!! So angry!!!!!

That said, there is only so much patience we have after our community is ignored time and time again. Please chk with JPS re the problem with the post and resolve the reconnection 🙏🏼

The government has given funding to help these communities.....but we need action now, but 4 months is very long to be reconnected

Keep asking when, but get no response. Are they in this 10%?? I know you are working very hard but can you give the people a date or idea of when it will be restored please sir🙏🏼
