I just read a thread on X written by someone who recently resigned from Anthropic – one of the world’s largest AI companies.
This is a quote from his post:
“The people building AI earnestly believe that it could kill us all by the end of the decade. This is not a marketing stunt. If anything, many executives and senior researchers will couch their phrasing in the press to sound sensible – but I hear the same people express fear privately. No other human activity poses this level of danger.”
Here is what I take from his post:
Neither wealth nor health can save you or give you eternal life.
These experts believe humanity is on a path toward self-destruction.
But I can tell you with complete assurance – AI will not be the ultimate cause of this world’s destruction. It will be the judgment of God upon an increasingly sinful, God-hating society that has rejected its Creator and replaced Him with the wisdom, power, and pleasures of this world.
The apostle Peter describes that coming day:
“But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night, in which the heavens will pass away with a great noise, and the elements will melt with fervent heat; both the earth and the works that are in it will be burned up.”
2 Peter 3:10 NKJV
Some may call this fearmongering. Yet the reliability, accuracy, and authenticity of the Bible have proven it to be far more trustworthy than anything this world could ever offer.
Before it is too late, choose Messiah Yeshua today. Do not remain here to witness the terrible events of the Day of the Lord. Put your faith in Him, be taken to heaven before that judgment comes, and return with Him to rule and reign.
Awaiting His Soon Return –

A widely shared Christian story tells of a poor woman who called a radio station asking God for help. A skeptical listener reportedly heard her plea and decided to mock her by sending a large amount of food to her home, instructing his secretary to tell the woman that the gift had come “from the devil.”
When the food arrived, the woman gratefully began putting it away without asking who had sent it. The secretary, surprised, asked whether she wanted to know the source of the unexpected provision.
Her response became the heart of the story: “No, I don’t care, because when God orders, even the devil obeys.” The anecdote has circulated for years as a faith-based illustration of trusting God’s provision even when help comes through unexpected circumstances.
If I'm honest this has been a hard season for me lately. I've been struggling with trusting God's timing. I was reminded when reading Psalm 37 today that I am to be still before Yahweh and wait patiently. That Yahweh is good to those who wait for him and seek him, and it is good to wait quietly for God’s salvation (Lam. 3:25–26). This quiet waiting involves hoping in God’s word while the soul waits more intensely than watchmen awaiting morning (Psalm 130:5–6).
I was reminded that prior to preaching to thousands, for a season Peter went back to fishing after thinking he failed Jesus. That Paul sat in prison cells, Lazarus lay in a tomb, Jonah prayed in the belly of a fish, Hannah wept on the steps of the tabernacle, Joseph was locked in the captivity, and Moses stood in the fields of Median herding sheep. All before God made moves in his timing.
Times of waiting, while hard, remind us of the confidence we should have in God’s timing and character. When direction seems slow in coming, we're called to wait for it, assured it will come when the time is ready (Hab. 2:3). Yahweh himself waits to be gracious and show mercy, and those who wait for him are blessed, for he is a God of justice (Isa. 30:18). Rather than taking matters into their own hands, like I often am tempted to do, we are instructed not to repay evil but to wait for the Lord, who will deliver us (Prov 20:22).
Hoping for what is unseen involves waiting with patience (Romans 8:25), and through the Spirit and faith, believers eagerly wait for the hope of righteousness (Galatians 5:5). Waiting involves expectancy and hope regarding events and contingencies still in the future, it's the outworking of a spiritual posture directed at trusting God’s promises and timing rather than our own understanding.
Knowing all of this, writing here on X doesn't make my season of needing to wait any easier, but the consistent, inspired, inerrant testimony of scripture nonetheless gives me something solid to trust in. I am fickle, impatient, and finite. God is trustworthy, forbearing, and infinite. And his timing is right even if I don't know how or when things will happen.
@realrikkidoolan I don't get it. The bible is clear, it is an abomination - Leviticus 18:22 and 20:13. Believers are to act out of love to call others to repent not to celebrate or condone what is condemned in scripture.
You Will Leave Everything
The most important day of your life will the day of your death. Think about that. On that day, nothing else will matter except what you have done for God and where you are going. Your house, your car, your money, your sports will mean nothing on that day. You will be leaving time and entering into eternity. Meditate on that breathtaking moment. In the exhale of one breath, you will leave everything you love. Your wedding ring. Your spouse. Your loved ones. Your vehicle. Your money. Everything. Tonight, God could say to you, "This night your soul is required of you." Let such sobering thoughts consume you. Let them drive you to use your life for what matters, to reach out to the unsaved and make a big dent in this sinful world.
There goes another minute. Gone forever. Go share your faith while you still have time.
This Easter, I invite you to look at Jesus, consider what he said and did, and ask for yourself what I believe is the most important question you will ever answer: Did he really leave behind an empty tomb? And if he did, what does that mean for you?
This video was made possible and in collaboration with my friends at @ChildlikeMedia.
Sigh. Hear me out. Your thinking error is that because Netanyahu’s point is true (the world takes no pity on the weak), that he didn’t insult Jesus. That’s logically invalid. His point can be 100% true, while *still* insulting Christ by using Him as the example of the weak. In other words, the point was valid, but the example used to make the point was *invalid* and it insulting, because Jesus isn’t weak.
For example, if I said, “pride goeth before the fall…take Jesus, who claimed to be the Son of God and wound up on the cross,” my point would still be valid, because it’s true. But using Christ as the example would be wrong and insulting. Get it?
We all know by personal experience, statistical study, and the sheer lack of female philosophers that women aren’t good with logic, but if take the time to think it out, you’ll see your logical error. Maybe, idk.
Jesus, you see, didn’t go to the cross because He’s weak. Jesus went to the cross because He was strong enough to bear the full weight of the wrath of God Almighty, while simultaneously being both physically tortured and also spiritually, mentally, and emotionally pressed by his estrangement from God the Father while on the cross and suffering under the imputation of our sins. And He endured that burden without buckling while, at any time, he could have called down legions of armor-clad angels to rip off the centurions’ arms and beat them to death with their own appendages.
Beyond that feat of otherworldly grit, I’d say it’s fair to say that divinity aside, if his endurance of the torture is any indication, the Son of MAN could probably have beaten Genghis Kahn like a red-headed stepchild in a fair fight.
Meanwhile, if you understood Rabbinic Judaism you’d grasp why the quotation resonated with Netanyahu. Their concept of the Messiah is nearly identical to Genghis Kahn, a blood-thirsty warlord who will kill a myriad of the Goyim and subject the rest as slaves of the Jewish people. Jesus is an embarrassment in Netanyahu’s eyes, compared to their Desert War Cult Messiah. It also shows his obvious disbelief in the return of Christ, who has promised to return with an army of saints and angels to whet his sword in the blood of the wicked, rule with a rod of iron and turn his enemies into footstools, no doubt an absurd notion for a man convinced Jesus’ weakness led him to the cross.
In the politest possible terms, from someone who spends a great deal of time studying Rabbinic Judaism, its relationship to “Judeo-Christianity,” the influence of Rebbe Schneerson on Netanyahu when it comes to mass violence, and the Israeli state’s theological commitment to warfare, you don’t know what you’re talking about. And you should stop talking. You don’t grasp the doctrines of the Talmud, the Tanya, the Zohar, Rambam, or the Chabad Lubavitch, and why Netanyahu thinks about Jesus the way he does, or why he views war as an anticipatory messianic sacrament. And yet here you are, talking.
Last year you declared that you could preach as good a sermon as any man. But honestly, I don’t think one man in ten would’ve made the logical error you made as the prelude to your comments here. They’d have realized intuitively that the point can logically be correct, while choosing Jesus to make the point remains blasphemous and insulting. A boy the age of 12 would’ve caught it.
Please stop serving as the unofficial church spokesman from an Internet pulpit. You might as well be Beth Moore at this point. The only difference is, she no longer hides her egalitarianism by maintaining loopholes in gender roles that you use to claim your complementarianism so long as you’re preaching online and not at a pulpit during church on Sunday.
We already have enough online, feminized, out-of-your-wheelhouse, feminine hot takes from David French. God knows (literally) we don’t need any more.
Jimmy Gracey is now missing in Barcelona after a night out with friends. As a concerned family from New Jersey with ties to this group of friends, my heart is breaking for Jimmy and everyone who loves him.
Please read and share this thread. 🙏
I do not deny that the belief that the Church is the true Israel has been the traditional position in Catholic history.
I deny that it is biblical.
Protestants who have adopted replacement theology should depart from it as readily as they did Mary veneration and the rosary.
God doesn't offer spiritual awakening through psychoactive substances.
Demons offer false enlightenment through them, and many cannot tell the difference between that false light and an authentic spiritual experience.
I PRAY that GOD REMOVES everyone in your life who secretly gossips about you, puts you down, doesn't want to see you win and REPLACE them with people who genuinely support you and want to see you happy and blessed.
We need a million more Charlie Kirks.
A million more men of God, loyal, educated, with values, funny, kind.
While Bad Bunny was singing how he has a girlfriend from every country in America, Kid Rock was praising Jesus.
Let that sink in.
Your joy is not a hostage to moods, opinions, betrayal, rejection, or disrespect. It is a weapon, and it belongs to you. The enemy knows if he can keep you offended, discouraged, and reactive, he can weaken your authority. That’s why Scripture commands, “Do not let anyone steal your joy” (Philippians 4:4, paraphrased), and declares, “The joy of the LORD is your strength” (Nehemiah 8:10). If joy is your strength, then losing joy means losing power. This is not emotional, it’s spiritual.
Make up your mind: no matter what people do, say, or fail to do, they will not control your inner life. Jesus said, “Peace I leave with you… Do not let your hearts be troubled” (John 14:27). Notice, do not let. That means you have a choice. You are not powerless. You are not at the mercy of human behavior.
People may misunderstand you, mistreat you, or walk away, but they cannot touch what God placed inside you unless you hand it over. Scripture says, “A cheerful heart is good medicine” (Proverbs 17:22). Guard it. Fight for it. Refuse to replay offenses, rehearse insults, or relive wounds. “Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it” (Proverbs 4:23).
This is warfare: choosing praise when you could complain, choosing peace when you could retaliate, choosing joy when circumstances demand despair. Paul and Silas sang in prison, and chains fell (Acts 16:25–26). Joy isn’t denial, it’s defiance.
Stand your ground. Declare with faith: “No weapon formed against me shall prosper” (Isaiah 54:17), not words, not attitudes, not rejection, not betrayal. You don’t need people to change for you to be free. God already gave you authority.
Take back your joy. Take back your strength. Take back your peace.
This battle is won the moment you decide: my joy belongs to the Lord, and no one gets to steal it.
